 Description

XCT(B) series permanent magnet drum magnetic separator is a wet low intensity magnetic separator with higher magnetic field and at present it is the most efficient magnetic separator in separation of strong magnetic minerals. The magnetic separator may be equipped with semi-counter-flow, counter-flow and downstream tanks, and equipped with double-drum or three drums according to requirements of customers. Magnetic induction intensity (150mT~400mT) may be designed according to requirements of in-situ mineral property and process.
The magnetic separator has advanced structure, light weight, reliable operation and convenient maintenance.      1. used for primary rough concentration. It may reject qualified tailings, increase recovery and reduce
load of second-stage grinding;
     2. used for cleaning concentration. It may increase concentrate grade and recovery;
     3. used prior to high intensity magnetic separation operation. It may remove iron magnetic mineral and prevent block of magnetic materials;
     4. used for recovery of heavy medium in a concentrator.
